HOW TO Journey with HCG: Plain and Simple


This page is for those who want a “stripped down” version of The HCG Journey. You’ll find each HCG Phase covered in more detail in our HCG Phases section and in our HCG Coaching Articles.
HCG Phase 1 – “Packing” Days 1-2
  • Start taking Vibrational HCG drops: 10-12 drops, 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and night. Some people will do 15-18 drops in the morning and then again before bedtime.
  • Eat as much fatty foods as you can. Yes… as much as you can. Gorge and have fun. What’s “Fatty”? All dairy, nuts, avocado’s, cheeseburgers etc. Also eat anything and everything you wish including candy, cake and cookies.
HCG Phase 2 – The “Path” Minimum of 21 Days
Go longer to shed more weight. Most go for 41 days in this phase.
  • Take “before” photo and record your starting measurements. (upper arms, legs, waist, hips, neck, Chest etc.)
  • Record your new body measurements once a week
  • Start on the 500 calorie meal plan choosing food from the HCG approved food list only
Daily
  • Weigh yourself each morning and record your weight
  • Continue taking Vibrational HCG drops on the same schedule as before
  • Drink a minimum of  96 – 128 oz. (1 gallon) of water each day
The HCG Diet…It’s simple.
  • 2 proteins
  • 2 veggies
  • 2 fruits a day
Or Divide it up this way, 2 meals, each consisting of…
  • 100 grams or 3.5 oz. protein
  • 1 big handful of Veggies
  • 1 Fruit
…and 1 of the following choices
  • Melba Toast – 2 half pieces
  • Ezekiel Bread – 1 piece
  • Wasa Cracker – 1
Choose foods from the HCG approved food list only and split up food however you wish, (up to 4 items at a time).
Phase 3 – “Home” The 21 day period after Phase 2
  • Stop taking Vibrational HCG Drops or try hcg police to choose hcg drops
  • Avoid eating sugars and starchy foods: Sugars, rice, bread, potatoes, pastries etc.
  • Weigh yourself every morning
  • Monitor weight and make sure it stays within 2 pounds of your final weight from HCG Phase 2.
